We purchased a certified Mercedes. We presented as very easy going customers. It is almost one month, and during this time, we have found several issues and non-functional parts on the car, including the "navigation pad", the USB ports (none of which is functional). Additionally, on the day of purchase, the finance took forever to take us in and finish the work. After providing feedback to MB of USA as per the request that was sent to us, no one attempted to contact us and address any problem. That is a shame. More
