What left me disappointed was the delivery experience, especially when compared to other Mercedes-Benz dealerships I’ve worked with. At similar price points, I’ve received small touches like a gift for my kids from the Mercedes store and a dedicated session with a product expert to set up my profile and go over key features. Here, when I asked about those things, I was told they weren’t available or would cost extra. For a premium brand like Mercedes-Benz, it’s the details that make a difference. While I appreciated Franz’s help, the overall experience didn’t feel as special or customer-focused as it should have. More
