Another great customer experience at Autobahn. This was the first regular interval service for my third Autobahn car. Five+ stars for Skip. The remodeled Autobahn facility is still pristine, the service team members were all very courteous , friendly and informed, and the service is, as always, thorough and immaculate. More

I recently visited AutoBahn after getting a tire replacement from Encino Benz service center because the new tire was leaking more air t can ask for. I recently visited AutoBahn after getting a tire replacement from Encino Benz service center because the new tire was leaking more air than before. When I came to AutoBahn to see what was wrong, a tire specialist and Ralph determined that the tire had been damaged during the replacement process and explained to me that I would definitely need another tire. Because my car has SAFEGUARD insurance, I was genuinely surprised and felt skeptical about a $90 charge incurred for the replacement. I insisted to Ralph that this charge was unfair because the damage was caused by Encino Service center but Ralph thoroughly explained to me all the steps he had taken to help resolve this issue and the reason for the insurance company’s unwillingness to approve the new replacement. After understanding the complete situation of my car’s unusual circumstances, I felt greatly indebted to Ralph and a strong sense of appreciation for him and his amiable personality. He’s truly adept in assisting and resolving complicated issues. More
