Dishonest disrespectful and lying staff I was trying to lease 2020 GT, was contacted by sales man named Vikram Giroh, He provided me lease numbers (1055+tax with 5k down) and asked me to run I was trying to lease 2020 GT, was contacted by sales man named Vikram Giroh, He provided me lease numbers (1055+tax with 5k down) and asked me to run my credit. After conversation back and forth with him and me asking him to make sure numbers that he gave me are correct (because other dealership around were $500 more on monthly payments on the identical cars they had in stock) he assured me that lease numbers are correct and insisted on running my credit. After I did that he contacted me saying he made a mistake and numbers were anywhere near 1055+tax, but at $1450+tax. My credit had nothing to do with it. He said he simply made a mistake even thought i asked him to make sure that originally provided numbers of (1055+tax) are correct. He said he would work with manager to bring lease numbers down for us to make a deal, but he never got back to me. I was calling him and texting him, but he would not respond, and when he responded he was very disrespectful saying he's busy as he selling over "30" cars a month and he just made a mistake (AGAIN after I asked him to make sure about the numbers before running my credit app)... and wait until his manager calls me. No one called until I contacted dealership myself and asked for General Manager to call me back. Sales manager contacted me, and said same thing. Vikram made a mistake... sorry... They would not honor the deal. It cost me to have a "hard inquiry" on my credit without buying a car. Very disrespectful and dishonest staff. They have statement on the website saying ..... So the buying the vehicle (paperwork) was good, but I am very disappointed at the quality of the vehicle sold. I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 C300 and drove 3 hours to pick it up from them and 5 day very disappointed at the quality of the vehicle sold. I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 C300 and drove 3 hours to pick it up from them and 5 days later the motor blew on it. Now with that being said I think if anything was wrong with the car it would be caught during the inspection to make the vehicle certified pre owned. This is the reason for the low star review. Sales people were very nice, but I am guessing technician wise not very happy with them. Now the cars is in the shop and I have no loaner car to use. Best thing about it though its under warranty still. So after them going above and beyond to have my vehicle fixed by them, and driving me down a loaner car and delivery my car after the work was done. I would have to say I am going to recommend them to everybody. Great customer service and good people there. Thanks again. Also Njck was awesome to work with. More
