The first time I came here to Autobahn in Belmont was 12 years ago, and I was helped by someone named Benjamin (can't recall his last name). The sales went smoothly. Now, I went in hoping to buy a car through the Costco membership program (seems like this is the only dealership in the bay area which supports the Costco membership program). I was helped by Ernesto Gadalo. The sales went smoothly and perfectly. Everyone was nice and courteous. It was like they knew what I wanted already. I would definitely come here again even though it is about 45 minutes away from where I live. Best service ever! The deal went so smoothly that our family ended up leaving with two new cars instead of the planned one car. More

Super efficient and thorough I had to take our car in because of a SRS warning and a few other things. It is amazing how efficient Autobahn Motors is with the whole process. This is why, the vehicle is in excellent condition, looks and mechanically. Currently out of state, my wife had to take care of this. Thanks to Ernie and the excellent quality of Autobahn Motors technicians, again, this visit was a great experience. Here's why: the reason for the check engine light was found and problem solved. Communication direct and easy, The whole process, i.e. drop off, loaner, pick-up, has been thought through from start to finish. The temporary facility works well for being just a temp, but we all are looking forward to the next generation Autobahn Motors home. Great job and thanks again! More
