After catastrophic chassis failure due to tire blowout Andy called Porsche Connect for a tow. After a three hour wait the tow truck hadn't show up, Andy called Porsche Connect again. They put him on hold for 30 minutes and he hung up, then took matters in his own hands and called an alternate tow truck company, who showed up after 30 minutes. In the meantime, my wife had to wait in the car for 4 hours. I never expected poor service from Porsche Connect but Andy followed the situation and corrected it. This is the type of service that brings customes back. More

I had my care towed there Sunday evening. I received a call from Eric first thing on Monday. The issue was still under warranty and I picked up the car at the end of the day.
