Good afternoon Bohan Li, It is not our intention to mislead, misinform or misrepresent any of our automobiles or products (Extended Warranties) we offer for sale. During the sale process, you were informed and knew that this 2018 M. Benz with 24K was last Serviced/inspected/repaired by the local Mercedes Benz dealer at 24K miles and I even provided you with the invoices and inspection sheet at the time of the sale for your view and records. In that inspection sheet, there were no issues with air suspension or rear main leaking even mentioned. I also informed you that new tires were installed and new brakes and provided documentation. So please get your facts straight. I would also like to point out that you arranged for transportation on your own and you should contact the transportation company regarding the air suspension issue. At the time of pick up by transporter, this vehicle left our dealership with no suspension issue or problems or any fault light on the dash. This is not something we can be held responsible for.

Update: To respond to the seller’s reply, I did not get the invoice until I received the vehicle’s paperwork. Also, the invoices are from one year ago and there are no inspection sheet. Let me get the fact straight, you told me over the phone stated that the dealership has no actual mechanic shop so you do not have the ability to inspect the car. For the tires and brakes, you did advertised it on the website and told me. However, does this relate to what I am talking about? Again, those documentations were not shown to me until the car's paperwork arrived. For your "newly installed" tires, I would just let it go since mechanics from two Mercedes Benz dealership told me it is not that good but not that bad. For the transportation, I do not believe a closed container transportation could cause a front air suspension problem. And your sale representative Ray also told me the driver is very professional and careful. Stop trying to blame me, transportation company, and your local Mercedes dealership.
