I am very happy. Finding a new car can be stressful. I don’t want to buy someone else’s problem when buying used. I don’t want to Inherit somebody else’s nightmare. I found Dedham Auto Mall online while searching for a Dodge Charger. I knew what I wanted and had visited a few other dealers. When I walked into this dealer Chris and Dennis were there to meet me within minutes I was test driving a 2013 Dodge Charger alone. That felt nice. The staff was very informative about the vehicle and car fax listed the vehical as being listed for less then it’s worth based on condition and miles, etc. Chris promised me the best deal and an idea of my monthly payment. He was off less than $30.00 I was impressed. The next day I sat down with finance and signed a loan they even shopped around and got me a lower rate then I originally was quoted. The following day I picked up my car and they even threw in new breaks and tires as part of the deal. They took care of the registration for me and mailed out my new registration. I had to go get my own inspections sticker but I didn’t mind. Less than a week later I realized a few things didn’t work in the vehicle that were advertised to be functional. Dennis follwef up and made sure I got an appointment with Service and they’re going to take care of these items for me. I am more Then happy with my experience with Dedham Auto Mall And I recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. Communcatuon is really good, love the straight forward approach, picked up car and it was clean and shiny, fees were not as bad as some dealers and well worth it, service department was very professional and honest and my dream car is amazing. I read mixed reviews and understand everyone has different experiences. My experience was good and they made buying a used car less stressful. More

Marat was very helpful and comfortably hands-off during my initial inspection of the vehicle (no pushy sales tactics; he let a friend and I take it for a nice long test ride and was available to answer any questions we had after), and was extremely helpful in me trading in my old car, finalizing my transaction and answering questions I had about the Jeep via email after we left. The price for the Jeep was good and the trade-in on my car was fair to KBB. The dealership was quite a haul from my hometown, and the staff at Dedham Auto Mall ensured I was able to finalize my transaction as quickly as possible when I bought the car to avoid 5pm Boston traffic - which I greatly appreciated.
