Mark Johnson has no customer service skills. Bought a car that had problems that I made them aware about within 1 hour of delivery. Fast forward to this guy mark calling me and telling me to bad Bought a car that had problems that I made them aware about within 1 hour of delivery. Fast forward to this guy mark calling me and telling me to bad, the car is mine now and I’m stuck with it. He was bragging about taking the car for a long weekend a few weeks prior and said it wasn’t having that problem and also claimed he had a “clean bill of health” and a multipoint inspection from the Audi dealership. The clean bill of health he was talking about was an oil change done 5 months prior. He then also had a multipoint inspection report drawn up by autobahn, not Audi, 3 days after taking delivery of the car. I don’t know how that is possible considering you can’t inspect a car not in your possession. He wasn’t willing to even take a look at the vehicle after spending $70k on a car. He kept denying until we reached the right person at corporate. 100% will never buy a car from anywhere this guy is working. Long story short he ended up having to make the repair he was so firmly deny doing. McGovern as a whole is amazing! But this guy is terrible More

Our 4th car purchase with your team, Three Audi's and a Porsche. Only hold back is that a couple weeks after the purchase our AC Fan blower died due to a back up in water as the drain was plugged. Wanted to share my experience buying a car from Autobahn USA Dedham last month. I was looking for my first car and had a specific model and spec in mind. By chance, they had exactly what I was looking for. Since I was a first-time buyer and the car had a bit more mileage than I was fully comfortable with, I was definitely a little worried going in. Dave helped me through the process and was really nice to work with. Henry, the manager, was also great and gave me a lot of confidence. When I brought up my concerns about the mileage and number of previous owners, Henry was willing to work with me on the price, which I really appreciated. The financing process was smooth as well, and they were able to match what I had in mind. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience. Also, as with any big purchase, one thing I recommend is to do your own research beforehand. Know the car, know what you want from the deal, and make sure you’re comfortable with what you’re getting.
