I was looking for low mileage vehicle, so I went Dedham Auto Mall for looking at X1, the vehicle was good, but did not meet my requirement. Marat was quick to understand my requirement and offered X3, he offered me to test drive that vehicle. I took the vehicle for test drive and then again next day with my friend. Once I decided on buying it, he was quick take care of all the documentation. I got my car on the desired day. I have observed that vehicles here are in good condition and reasonably priced. They allow you to to check the vehicle till you like it. I am really happy with the vehicle I got and also the service I got from the dealership. More

My fiancé and I had been looking for a specific used car with with low miles and fully equipped, when we first came across the 2016 Mazda6 i Touring w My fiancé and I had been looking for a specific used car with with low miles and fully equipped, when we first came across the 2016 Mazda6 i Touring we had been searching on Autotrader to get all the possible results on several car dealers, and that's when we came across this listing from the Dedham Auto Mall, I first spoke with Marat from the chat room on the dealerships actual website. When I asked about setting up a time he was able to accommodate me on a time that was best for me since I work during the day. We came in later that same day he had the car all set up and ready for a test drive the minute we walked in! He immediately greeted us at the door we exchanged information about the car we initially wanted to trade in and while he was pricing our vehicle we were test driving the mazda6. It was a phenomenal first impression, after we came back from the ride there was no pressure in talking about numbers right away and that's usually what you would expect from a salesmen since that's what there entitled to do is sell you the car. Before this we had been to several other dealers and had been extremely up set at how exhausting there efforts were on getting us to sign papers that very same day. So aside from the car we liked with all the features we wanted and a great price, Marat's position was well presented and well respected. At no moment in our purchase did we feel pressure in buying the vehicle and most importantly to me, during all the 3 times we meet at the dealership was my time waisted. Everything was well managed and just waiting on my arrival! So for that I thank you Marat, for being so open with us and John as well for having the best rates we could get on financing our new vehicle!
