I went in and worked with Chris who sold me a 2013 Nissan Rouge, which I now love just as much as my old car. The process was very EASY and welcoming. Impressed I purchased a 2014 Mercedes c300 today and am very happy. Phil was a pleasure to work with. As I mentioned in other reviews; this was the first time I purchased a 2014 Mercedes c300 today and am very happy. Phil was a pleasure to work with. As I mentioned in other reviews; this was the first time buying a car where I didn't have to keep getting up to leave because the dealer wouldn't work with me. Phil offered me a reasonable trade in price. The vehicle I purchased was well below KBB retail value and around $3000-$5000 less than any other dealer selling the same car within a 100 mile radius that I could find online. Through my work in law enforcement and the criminal justice system I feel like I've learned to pick up on when people are trying to get one over on me. I've felt this as most other dealers but didn't feel it at all today. There was no pressure, Phil was up front and honest with me and we were able to make a good deal. One extra selling point was Phil was able to get me a loan that is about 4 points lower than my previous loan on my trade in. More

Car Shopping I have been searching for a Jeep for a while online and used the site CarGurus mainly in my search. I came across this 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara edit I have been searching for a Jeep for a while online and used the site CarGurus mainly in my search. I came across this 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara edition that peaked my interest because it had what I was looking. I wanted a manual transmission and a hardtop which this Jeep has plus more. The Jeep only has 10,700 miles on it plus leather seats, 2 tops plus seat warmers. So the Jeep had all I wanted and a lot more at a great price! We met with Philip who was very personable, engaging, and beyond gracious with us. He had us look over the car and then allowed us to take out on our own which I feel is a major sign of trust and to me shows me this is someone I want to work with. I truly enjoyed our experience at the Dedham Auto Mall and would buy there again and encourage friends and family to do the same! More
