The negotiation was simple; I paid a fair price for the vehicle and I got a fair price for my trade-in. After some initial communication problems (email addresses that don't work or are not checked, voicemail issues, unanswered questions) it worked out in the end. The car was ready for pickup at the agreed upon time. The car was very clean, however, they overdid it on the Armor-all inside, especially on the steering wheel. I had to wash my hands every time I got out of the car for about a week. The car was missing the windshield washer fluid cap, and Marat mailed a new one right away. So overall a good experience, with room for improvement. More
