In a world of diminished expectations, Mr. Fenore was a revelation. Throughout our recent transaction with him, my wife and I always felt as though we were his only client. From our first conversations, he listened attentively as I explained our situation and our personal automotive wants and needs. Instead of trying to sell us he presented numerous options and gave us the opportunity to make a purchase. His approach was always low key but attentive. 2006 Cadillac SRX Seen this truck on Internet called and told them I'd be there 2 days later with the hopes that it didn't sell by then. Was shocked salesman didn't pressure me into a joined ride I was able to take her out and listen to everything stopped and did a walk around checked it out good. Came back told the salesman I'd like a few scratches touched up he agreed and also asked for a mechanic to check brake pads he agreed and I bought it on the spot. Salesman called a lady and told her the truck was sold I could hear her telling the guy you knew I wanted it his response was I had told you last night to put a deposit on it she was upset. I'm glad he called her I was at another dealership and was told to come and see it and an hour later it was sold 15 minutes before I got there. I'm waiting on title to pick it up I'm happy I went there. More

I felt he really understood what I was looking for, he took care of all my needs, he was very patient and kind and delivered excellent customer service. All of my question, concerns, requests were taken care and gave me a sense of no worry. I came from different dealership that gave me the run around and put a bad taste in my mouth, but then I walked into the Dedham Auto Mall, and it was a 180 difference. I did not get a sense of pushiness, the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Usually when I get into the office with the finance manager, I prepare myself for a long dragged out conversation about all of the add-ons I don't usually want, but Ainsley Neil was not like that or pushy at all. He only spoke of the options that were pertaining to the vehicle I got and he presented the relevence, but I was not able to purchase it, even though it was truly tempting. I greatly appreciated that interaction, and that whole experience is why I recommend my friends and family to this place. I also got the greatest deal ever, I got the car I loved, at an unbelievably great and affordable price. Even long after I bought the car, Marat checks in and makes sure I am still happy with the car and is always helpful. If you want to get into a luxury car at a great price and work with a straightforward, great salesperson, be sure to ask for Marat. More
