Shopping for a new / used car My boyfriend and I took the trip to this dealership because he had been there in the past , and knew I needed / wanted a new car. We were taken care o My boyfriend and I took the trip to this dealership because he had been there in the past , and knew I needed / wanted a new car. We were taken care of very very well. Sat down immediately with Dennis and went over my price point, type of car I wanted, my trade, etc. after that we immediately starting looking at inventory. There were a couple of cars in the service center up the street that I was interested in. So we took the ride back and forth a couple of times. Ultimately, narrowed it down to two cars. Test drove both and weighed my options. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. He made the experience fun, exciting and smooth. Finally decided on a car and then had to go through trade in value and financing process. Everything worked out in the end and I was happy with my experience and purchase. More

Worst dealership I've ever purchased a car from! The only positive thing I have to say about this dealership is that I bought a good car for a fair price. Other than that, the negatives FAR outweigh The only positive thing I have to say about this dealership is that I bought a good car for a fair price. Other than that, the negatives FAR outweigh the one positive: they took my license plate bracket off my trade in and tossed it, replacing it with their license plate bracket and didn't even ask permission. They also sold me the car at $90 more than the advertised price and have continued to ignore my emails and calls about this matter, although they acknowledged they made a mistake on the price and DO owe me the $90 plus $5 tax back. They made $3000 on my trade in and I'm sure another $2000 or $3000 on the car they sold me; yet, they can't make things right and give me my $95 back? Really? No regard for customer satisfaction at all. Their philosophy seems to be "take the money and run!" More

This people once sales the car they are done with you. I bought a dodge from this place, week later car dies and the air bag light came on so I called the salesman( Dennis Kelly). He told me to bring it to the dealer and I said I can't drive everyday back and fourth 2.5 hrs so I want car to be fixed in 1 day or provide me a rental. He said they don't do that. making long story short. I bring it to the dodge dealer and replace the battery and tell them to check air bag light. I called the salesman and He told me send this and that so I can get my money back for repair and I did. After couple of days I called him and he text me back and said I am not available. My manager is in meeting, this and that many times. Finally he send me His and his boss's email so I wrote at list two or three emails no reply. I spent over $500 to fixed the car and finally after month for calling they send me $230 check. I was so stupid not to look their reviews before I bought the car. When I was there buying car one lady told me that I am making big mistake trusting this guys. What I want to tell you guys is don't go to this place. If you guys wanna know more leave me comment. Stay away from this guys.... More
