Cannot Recommend Phil enough, (actually already have) At Dedham Automall I was looking for two cars specifically, an Audi S5/A5 and a ford taurus SHO, the specs I was looking for was White on Black. I got At Dedham Automall I was looking for two cars specifically, an Audi S5/A5 and a ford taurus SHO, the specs I was looking for was White on Black. I got on their site to look at an S5 and saw a Taurus that was exactly what I was looking for. I showed up and test drove it no problems. They wanted me to buy it that night, but that's their job, if you are buying a car and don't expect a little push from the salesperson then you are not going to have the best time. When I arrived at the dealership I interacted with Phil and he was a pleasure to work with, didn't push the car hard because I knew exactly what I was looking for, then was passed over to Efe who was the same way with me. Both were incredibly helpful and I would recommend going to Dedham Automall anytime. One more thing I would like bring up is how helpful they were getting the car ready for me. They registered it, and when I bought it the car had been on the lot one day, they had not even received the title from the previous company the car was financed with. My car died Friday while waiting on the title and they managed to get the process expedited and I had it Monday night. They really went above and beyond. Also while you wait every car on their lot is immaculate and if you are a car freak you can spend an hour just looking at vehicles. I cannot recommend Phil and Dedham Automall enough More
