Easy and Simple Process After looking on multiple websites, I found several vechiles that I was interested in test driving. From the time I spoke to Phllip on the phone to meeting him at the dealership I was pleasantly suprised at how easy the process of looking at cars, to test driving and ultimatley purchasing the vechile. Smooth and Simple! I drove my new-to-me car home last night after a very quick and tidy deal. I was in the market for a new car for over a month and did my homework. I I drove my new-to-me car home last night after a very quick and tidy deal. I was in the market for a new car for over a month and did my homework. I came across a vehicle at Dedham Auto Mall that fit my needs and my budget. I researched it, along with a few others and decided to go for it! My car was at the Outlet Store, where I encountered Myron Smith. He was polite, professional, informative and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. I did not finance through DAM, so I cannot speak to that facet of a purchase, but I was in and out quickly and on my way. He even took a few minutes to come pick me up down the street to get my new car! All in all, a good experience and I have already recommended them to a friend. More
