Marat Grigoryan answered all questions I had, was very accommodating to my schedule since I was coming in from 2+ hours away, and never once pressured me into the sale. Because the car came in literally the day before it hadn't made it into the shop nor had it been cleaned (you could smell the cigarette smoke) but Marat made sure all would be taken care of by the time I came back to pick it up. Just a heads up for anyone with smell sensitivities, while it didn't smell like smoke anymore when I picked it up, the cleaning products used were quite strong and are still very much present 2 weeks later. Other than that, Marat checked in regularly before and after pick up and took care of registering the car out of state for me. I'd recommend working with Dedham again. More

DO NOT USE THEM, They totally ripped me off. BUYER BEWARE!!! On December 28th I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Dedham auto mall with the agreement that on the 30th I would get a used car inspect BUYER BEWARE!!! On December 28th I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Dedham auto mall with the agreement that on the 30th I would get a used car inspection done and if that all worked out I would purchase the car when my insurance check cleared that Monday. (this was due to the holiday). On Monday January 4th I corresponded with my salesman, Myron that I would be in that night at 5 with the cashier’s check for the remainder of the vehicle and that I would pick the vehicle up on the 5th after they did the registration. Myron set me up an appt with the finance department. When I got to Dedham Auto Mall on the 4th I was called into an office where they proceeded to tell me that there was an error and they sold the vehicle that morning to a friend of the owners. I had a signed P &S in hand as well as the balance of the truck. They claimed there was nothing they could do for me. I was refunded my deposit but am out 2 additional days rental and the $84.00 I paid for the inspection of a car I had a signed P&S on. They will not give me my money back. Its money out of my pocket that I spent on a car that I have a signed p&S on and I needed to do another inspection on the vehicle I bought from another fantastic dealer (ACTON TOYOTA) I sent to the Manager that has photo copies of everything and he will not respond to me about reimbursement. STAY AWAY More
