Keep your eyes open I had bought a car here two years back and found another car that was suitable, this last week, after research on cargurus. The dealership does not po I had bought a car here two years back and found another car that was suitable, this last week, after research on cargurus. The dealership does not post the carfax documents on line, something most other dealers do. The salesperson (not listed here), did not give it to me on several requests, the day of my visit. After agreeing to a deal, finally when I asked again, I got the carfax report and came across two surprises - an accident and a first registration date. In his defense, I would say that the salesperson was not trying to be evasive willfully but it did not make me happy...all the more reasons for posting the carfax directly on site. Once the deal was made (the Sales Manager, Mark, was nice, did not waste time with hum and haw with pricing), it got worse though. Only one keyfob was avaliable, a small repair was not done as promised when I came for the car, the door mats are still missing as we speak....and to add insult to injury, the registration job has been pending for over a week which I was told would happen the day after the sales was done. The sales Manager was nice to help with removing registration plates and putting them on the new car, as the salesperson was not in. I also met Jason McManus, the Finance guy, who quickly waved me through...I had no loans to speak of though. Paperwork was fast. He even took care of removing the toll road transponder to fix it on the other car. Finally, this morning, he on request, took the trouble to emailing me the registration paper which I have been looking for, forever. It is astonishing that people high on the hierarchy have less time but are more customer conscious. PS: The sales person finally made the requisite arrangements and helped with the inspection and the door mats. Moral of the story nonetheless, "Buyer Beware". More
