Great Deal - Great Car - Exceptional Salesman I initially was visiting the dealer to take a look at a Lexus RX 350 that I saw online. When I arrived to the dealer I was immediately met by David. My initial expectation was, "I hope this guy doesn't try to play me for a fool!" Wow...was I wrong. The level of service I received was nothing short of incredible. I didn't purchase the Lexus as intended...I purchased a fully loaded BMW X5. The car that I really wanted but didn't think I would find a good deal on. David was masterful and really allowed me the leverage needed to make my own decision. Had he been too overbearing I would have left. But he was great. I was able to get a good value on the trade in vehicle and a deal better than expected on the new BMW. Great job David on going above and beyond!
