Everything In The Vehicle Has Broken Over Time My Air Ride, Plugs, Wires, Catalytic Converter(s) I Have Bad Cylinders The Power Locks Don’t Work “I Have To Lock/Unlock Every Door In My Navigator By Hand “ Window Motors Are Slow And I Am Nervous Rolling Any Down Out Of Fear Of Not Going Back Up. I Found Spot Welding Down The Whole Passenger Side DOT DOT DOT DOT DOT DOT From Where It Had Been Hit And Hidden I Have Over $2,000 Dollars in Receipts With A Couple More To Go The Engine Screeches Like A Banshee I Am Completely Disgusted. I Can’t Even Put My New Born Daughter In It Because Of Safety Concerns More

I am writing to share my experience at the Dedham auto mall. I live in Westerly RI, so I was a little anxious about driving the distance because it was pouring rain, then it turned to snow. John was busy with another customer so instead of having us wait Dave took the test drive with us. When we returned John was available and greeted us very warmly. I found my experience working with John very enjoyable and professional. He answered all my questions and made sure the car was ready and the way I wanted it.
