I entered into a purchase agreement for my vehicle, which went smoothly and quickly. When the salesperson went to get my check, I was told they could not process a check due to "end of year accounting issue went smoothly and quickly. A general manager came out then and told me there was an error and they did not want my car. He offered no explanation. At this point I was uncomfortable with the proceedings and asked for my paperwork and keys. They then shredded the intake paperwork, returned my payoff and registration/license copy, and I left. I called to complain and was told the owner was in and out, and had no voicemail or email. I found this dealing extremely unprofessional and possibly illegal as we had entered an agreement but I was so uncomfortable I did not want to push the deal. More
Customer service was top notch. I think I would have rated it excellent if we would have received a little more for our trade; but other than that no concerns with the actual experience. In general, buying a car - especially a used vehicle, is not often a pleasant experience. However, I found this dealership - and John, the salesperson who handled the transaction, made this experience as pa not often a pleasant experience. The vehicle was "as described" and was exactly as advertised on their website. John gathered as much information in advance as he could so that when I arrived to purchase the car, the total time spend in the dealership was a short as possible. The Director of Finance found me a very low interest rate for the loan which was set up prior to my arrival. And, much to my surprise, they continued to search for a lower interest rate so that when I purchased the car, I ended up with an even lower rate than originally agreed upon. John pointed out that two of the tires were worn and agreed to replace all four tires without getting into a protracted battle. As promised, the car was driven to the CT DMV, tagged and ready when I arrived. The only negative in the entire experience was the car was not cleaned prior to taking possession. However, given the overall pleasurable experience of dealing with the company and the fact that I saved literally thousands of dollars of the KBB value, it is difficult to complain. More

Joe Tumbiolo was a pleasure to work with. Test drove a few cars without high pressure. Joe answered all questions and was very accommodating. Any maintenance issues were quickly addressed and fixed.
