Though the visits to the dealership were spread across a couple of weeks , there were no continuous follow up phone calls and i could take my time in making a decision and continue to shop around . I told John Paquette the year , car , the mileage range and the out of the door price that i was willing to pay and though there were no cars available at the time in the lot , he found one that fit my description and needs and within my price range . the rest of the process of buying the car and going over the details of the protection packages etc was quite smooth and quick. Follow up - And since the car failed inspection due to slightly worn out tires , John followed up on it and replaced it with new tires with no additional charges . Overall it was quite easy to deal with John Paquette and get the vehicle with reasonable assurance of quality and reliability More

Three times in the last few weeks there have been vehicles on the website that have seemed to good to be true. All three times I sent an email inquiry for those vehicles only to get the same type of vehicles on the website that have seemed to good to be true. All three times I sent an email inquiry for those vehicles only to get the same type of response, " sorry this one is no longer available however we have..." The kicker is that all of those vehicles are STILL on the website! Coincidence? I think not. I got an email claiming they had a few of the same model but newer at about the same price, when I responded that there were no such vehicles on the website, I received an email stating that the vehicles referenced were actually substantially more expensive. Check out the negative reviews and you'll see that this is a recurring theme. I ended up with a fair, honest deal with one of the big dealers down the road. With so many dealerships on the automile don't let these guys swindle you. More
