I am a full time student, I work full time, and I am a single parent, needless to say my time is very limited. My car was totaled on 2/13. In this past month I have gone to xxxx and back trying to find a single parent, needless to say my time is very limited. My car was totaled on 2/13. In this past month I have gone to xxxx and back trying to find a car. I have had a car sold on me, one dealership tried to charge me more than agreed, and the final dealer had me wait for over two week to give me the car and as of 3/20 I still had not received the car. After taking my deal from 3 different dealers because of the poor service, I came to Dedham Auto Mall. After waiting on Nissan 24 for 2+ weeks, Charles got it done seamlessly, I have not one complaint. I am very satisfied! More

Was looking online at some used inventory. I saw a car on KBB which said the dealer was dedham auto mall. Seeing how I live over an hour I figured I would call and speak to someone. When I did, I got a man w KBB which said the dealer was dedham auto mall. Seeing how I live over an hour I figured I would call and speak to someone. When I did, I got a man who was extremely rude and apparently thought he was to good to be talking to me. There were a few cars I was interested in, price was marked but of course no actually picture of the car that was for sale. Just a photo of a new make and model. Then to find out it was sold. As we spoke he continued to pretty much make me feel as if I was insane to be thinking I could get a car for the year and make and model I wanted for a certain price. He was ignorant and obviously doesn't know what customer service is. Really buddy you are a car salesman, there is no higher education for that job. So plain and simple not everyone makes 100k a year and there are people out there that have bad credit do to the economy. Pet peeve, if you work in customer service have PEOPLE SKILLS!!! I was looking for a Mercedes in the Rhode Island area! I was unable to find what I wanted and set out to look in the surrounding Massachusetts area! I found Dedham Auto Mall.
