I didn't expect I would continue to use the dealership for their service. I must say that it have been one of my best experiences in ANY industry for customer service. This was extremely important because you only visit the dealership once for a purchase but will need to be there a couple time each year for general maintenance/service. One of the the things that made my experience especially great was Erik Oslowski. Eriks attentiveness, knowledge of mechanics, and knowledge of inventory(cause I mentioned my interest in the next vehicle) blew me away.
