I walked into the dealership after having done my homework. I was set on the Pathfinder but had to fit it into my budget. After test driving the SV 4X4 model, Neil offered me four options for financing. None of them fit into my expected budget so I had to turn him down. He introduced me to the general manager, John Grillo, and the three of us started talking about a realistic lease option. They met me at my price and also threw in three years of free maintenance. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I knew I wanted the Pathfinder and they helped make it a reality. I'm extremely happy with my new vehicle and plan on doing some major exploring with my family this summer. I highly recommend Paramus Nissan. More

Pierre was friendly, courteous and very attentive to our needs. After we decided on the exact model and interior and exterior colors , he had someone pull the exact car we wanted to the front door. When he felt that we were serious about purchasing this car he introduced us to Lou Auriemma who seemed knowledgeable and understood that I was shopping for the best deal and that I "had done my homework". He presented me with a deal that I thought was very fair and answered my numerous questions numerous times. Later, while working with the credit manager, there was a dispute on what was said earlier and he and the credit manager exhibited excellent customer relations. I was impressed. By the time we left it was snowing heavily and my wife was driving the new car home and a little nervous. Pierre explained all she needed to know, while standing in the snow, to make her comfortable in the operation of the car in order that she would arrive home safely. My wife had left her cell phone home and was interested in the bluetooth hookup. Pierre said if we returned the next day that he would do it for her, which he did.
