Exceeded Expectations! Had been searching for a pre-owned, certified Escape with navigation for a few months. AutoFair Ford of Haverhill had not only the vehicle I was searching for, but one that far exceeded all of my expectations! Easy to deal with John was there as I pulled up to visit the dealership. He was very polite and was not pushy. He just asked if I needed his assistance which I did. He went out of his way to ensure I did not feel rushed. I am a long time customer of the former Regan Ford now auto fair and dealt with Ray Loita for years as my salesman. Ray is no longer there. I wasn't sure how I would be treated, but John met my expectation. Ask for him if you visit. More

"Great Dealership and Employee experience" My husband & I had a great experience here at Auto Fair in Haverhill, MA.
