Customer service is excellent. But it is a dealership.I brought in my car for a recall. They told me that my battery failed the diagnostic. I said to put in a new one. They did. I had to pay for a new one. I don't get why it wasn't picked up on the diagnostic test the day before. I don't think that I should have to pay for it. If they told me about it the day they told me that the battery was bad I would have put in the new one. They did go out of their way to get me back on the road that day. Again customer service was great. More

Brought in my f150 for driveline vibration, forwarded videos of potential issues causing the vibration. They replaced the front shocks and balanced the tires. When I picked up the truck, I was told one videos of potential issues causing the vibration. They replaced the front shocks and balanced the tires. When I picked up the truck, I was told one tire could not be balanced, they were thinking it was a defective tire. The tire is scalloped from being on that truck for 5000 miles. That's why it cannot be balanced. Driving home the vibration is worse than ever, my f150 is unsafe to drive. The service manager refused to review my videos, refused to tell me what the out of round specs were for the bearings. He did say, I could take the truck apart and spec the parts myself. This truck was $58000 and still under the powertrain warranty. My experience here was abhorrent. I would give this dealer zero stars if I could. More
