They are dishonest and don’t know how to work on vehicles. I told them that I just wanted the recalls done and not to take appointment if they didn’t have the parts. They took appointment just to quote me thousands in unrelated repairs while parts are a two month wait. I dealt with xxxxxxxxxx and some bad people when I worked for the government, Autofair Fords service department is worse than anyone I’ve ever come across. Their service department in my opinion is incompetent, dangerous, and I suspect some tomfoolery if anyone back there is ASE certified. They are the epitome of shady dealerships.. I caught them in over a dozen lies. Shame on them, I hope their dark hallway walks to the bathroom at night is full of legos on the floor. More
