Autofair Ford of Haverhill

I am beyond xxxxxx off today, thanks to this dealership. I have a company fleet car (2022 Ford Escape) which I brought in for 2 recalls approx. 1 month ago. While there I had four new tires installed. I wa I have a company fleet car (2022 Ford Escape) which I brought in for 2 recalls approx. 1 month ago. While there I had four new tires installed. I was recommended to wait to complete the 2nd recall because your dealership was having no luck with the update taking. They said they would call me when they had confirmed success with the recall. I received the call and made an appointment for this morning at 7:30 AM. I arranged for someone to pick me up at the dealership at 7:30 AM. The appointment was showing 7:30 - 9:30 AM. At 9:30, I called to see if the vehicle was ready. I was then told it would be about 2 more hours... (frustrating). I had someone drive me back to the dealership at 11:30 AM figuring it would be close to being done. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was told that the upgrade was only 1/2 way through. (Not sure why any computer upgrade would take that long). I told the service representative that since I was already there, I would wait for it to complete (I didn't want to have to go through the process all over again). At this point, it was recommended to me that I bring the vehicle back another day once they knew they were having better success with the recall. I thought that is why I waited in the first place. Now the dealership wants me to inconvenience someone again to facilitate dropping off/picking up the vehicle? I already wasted the whole morning, inconvenienced someone else for transportation and the dealership wants me to do it all again. This is complete xx. And I am supposed to feel better because I got an apology. This is completely unacceptable. This whole thing could have/should have been avoided if their service department had confirmed the upgrade like they said they had. Completely ridiculousness and unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. More

I was having trouble with my 2024 Maverick Hybrid not starting. I spoke with Justine and she made sure the truck was updated and fixed. Her help was perfect and made sure I was satisfied.
