Old school dealer style where they make you sit around for several hours trying to get you pricing information, tell you everything looks great, then at the last minute deliver bad news about pricing and for several hours trying to get you pricing information, tell you everything looks great, then at the last minute deliver bad news about pricing and value of your trade. Not upfront or honest at all, and it shows as their sales floor is pretty empty with many of the sales reps standing around doing nothing. Won’t be back there again. More

Slimiest place to buy a vehicle on planet earth. My mother bought a vehicle from them in September that was supposed to be a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) however it didn't come with 2 keys like it said My mother bought a vehicle from them in September that was supposed to be a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) however it didn't come with 2 keys like it said it did on the checklist. Also being a certified pre-owned vehicle it was supposed to come with a year of comprehensive (bumper to bumper coverage). However, the xxxxxxx finance manager Anthony slipped in a year of bumper to bumper coverage (which she already got for free) for about $3,000. I've been trying to cancel the warranty over the phone for the past 3 months, but was told I'd have to drive from Maine down to Massachusetts to cancel it. Needless to say I would never buy anything from this place and I highly suggest anyone who reads this, avoids this place at all cost. More
