If I could give less than one star I would. Today I went to AutoFair Ford, where I bought my Ford C-Max in 2017, to seek an appraisal and potentially sell my car back to them. It has 29,000 mil Today I went to AutoFair Ford, where I bought my Ford C-Max in 2017, to seek an appraisal and potentially sell my car back to them. It has 29,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically. It has a couple of tiny, tiny scratches that you really have to look for order to see. I used the Kelly Blue Book site to get a sense of what my car is worth and admitted to the VERY SMALL scratches. I was given a figure of around $16,500. But then!! Then AutoFair Ford submitted THEIR OWN description of the car that--lo and behold!--said it is only worth $13,500. I saw that they categorized the exterior scratches as "Major Damage." They had the option of putting them in the "Minor Damage" category, but they did the absolutely heinous thing of calling things YOU CAN BARELY EVEN SEE "Major Damage." Well of course that lowered the value by $3K. Brilliant! They thought they could lowball me on the value of the car and then make a lot of money when they turned around to sell it, at which time they would surely describe the car as being in excellent condition with no major damage, SINCE IT HAS NO MAJOR DAMAGE. What a slimy thing to do. What a scam. What a horrible way to treat customers. I am absolutely LIVID. Stay away from this place. They have no sense of morality. More

Autofair in Haverhill has been a great dealership to work with! The service dept is by far the best I’ve worked with. No bs and very fair.
