I have bought multiple cars from them and will do a lot more business with them in the future! Scott the General Manager is absolutely awesome! Autofair is lucky to have him as a G.M.!!! Jason, Josh, Kevin, Brian and ALL the sales team have treated me like family over the years. Mike, Chris and Russ in the service department go out of their way to take care of all my vehicles. Eric in the parts department is incredible and so much appreciated! I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to go see these guys. This is a shady corporate business and the General Managers is grimy. I had already taken out a $48,000 loan to buy a used vehicle from an Autofair and was driving 200 miles from Vermont to pick it up Managers is grimy. I had already taken out a $48,000 loan to buy a used vehicle from an Autofair and was driving 200 miles from Vermont to pick it up. The sales manager promised they would hold the car until I arrived. 3 hours before my appointment to pick up the car, a salesperson called and told me the general manager sold the car that morning out from under me. I called and spoke to the general manager and he was unapologetic "that's how we do business" and frankly was an xxxxxx. I'm stuck with a $48k loan, hard inquiry on my credit report, and no car. Do not trust this business! More
