Of all the dealerships we visited he was by far the most knowledgeable about the vehicle. Pointing out and explaining the features from outside to in even explaining the ford points program. Chris was helpful with getting my car repaired. Ford did not have part available so had to use after market part, at my request because of that it was not covered by warranty.
