Mixed review. Edwin was great and the service manager that check me out was great. However $150 to just plug in a computer and program a trailer brake controller that takes 5 minutes is alittle crazy. So that check me out was great. They told me 140 then the bill was almost $160. I was late for work and just paid(my fault) when I looked at the bill they charged $16 for shop supplies. They didn’t use any supplies it was a module update. That is shady.They did get me in fast. Start charging customers accordingly.dealerships are know as the most dishonest people/business in the world there are a few good one and autofair could be one but please charge people accordingly. Shop supplies are understandable but only when they are actually used. $16 for no supplies is a scam. UPDATE: dealership did reach out and agreed that the shop supplies should not have been charged.I hope they change there practices on this. More

Very prompt! I pulled in and Edwin greeted me right away before I had even opened my car door. They promptly took my car in and finished it within a couple hours. Easy and fast to make an appointment for oil change. Was advised it would be approximately 1 hour. Was met by Dan who was very helpful and friendly.
