Brought my vehicle in for oil change, check fluids and rotate tires. Very efficient check in process, as always. Clean ad organized with COVID concerns in mind. The waiting room is great with many seating options including tables and chairs for working in addition to a huge sitting area for relaxing and watching tv, restrooms are always clean, too. Normally, someone comes to tell you if they are running late and today that did not happen. I was told about 45 minutes for my job however it was closer to 1 1/2 hours. All is good and I will continue to be a loyal client of AutoFair Ford in Haverhill MA More

The service was quick, the department was knowledgeable, and very polite. The cost of getting a new key was a bit pricey but I blame my 18 year son for losing his key! Had a nail in my tire and arrived at 7:30. My visit was greeted by a service rep immediately. I also decided to have an oil change and was told there was time to accommodate me.
