I brought my Subaru Ascent in for a Massachusetts State Inspection. I was promptly greeted by Nicholas upon entering the service area. We had a wonderful time at AutoFair Ford of Haverhill, MA purchasing a Ford F-250 XLT with a Tremor package. We had Amaya for a salesperson and she was wonderful. Set appointment online for the same day I requested service. Drove in dropped off keys and was called in a timely manner when service was complete. Everything went fine for the most part. Reasonable rates compared to other Ford dealers service dept. The only drawback was they had to chase down a part that wasn't in stock so a 45 minute job turned into compared to other Ford dealers service dept. The only drawback was they had to chase down a part that wasn't in stock so a 45 minute job turned into 3 hours! I wasn't thrilled about that but I realize you can't be expected to stock every possible part for every year and model. More

The guys from service are awesome, I drive almost 30 minutes to get my truck serviced there. But I had a really bad experience over the phone with the "sales manager" Matt, I called the dealership with minutes to get my truck serviced there. But I had a really bad experience over the phone with the "sales manager" Matt, I called the dealership with a question and Matt just did not few like helping, I tried to explain my problem to Matt multiple times but the answer i got from Matt was "I never heard of this before". There is always a first time for everything in life. Keep up with the good work Chris and Nic. More
