Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I have a 2019 Ford escape which had peeling paint on the rear hatch. An adviser told me ford would either repair or replace the hatch,wh experienced. I have a 2019 Ford escape which had peeling paint on the rear hatch. An adviser told me ford would either repair or replace the hatch,which I was fine with. When finally getting a decision from ford I was told that I would have to leave the car with autofair for a few days. When I asked about a loaner I was told that wasn't the policy and that I had to rent a vehicle and that ford only allowed $30 a day and all their cars were $40 a day. A new car and I still had to put out more . After a week long repair,with many phone calls not returned, I got the vehicle back with the new paint job. The car was Filthy! Autofair didn't even have the courtesy to wash it. Possibly the worst dealership ever! More

Autofair is amazing. They came and picked up my car at home, so I didn’t need to leave my house, and promptly returned it to me when it was finished.
