The service rep, Tom Stubbs, greeted me immediately after I pulled into their garage. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked in about my 4 wheel drive. I was in for an oil change and they di I pulled into their garage. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked in about my 4 wheel drive. I was in for an oil change and they discovered the engine filter needed changing. Something I do not recall ever doing. The vehicle went through an inspection by a trained Ford mechanic for which I am grateful. I was able to decide after Tom came to the waiting area and explained the problem. I feel that the oil change and engine filter were reasonably priced. The waiting area with free coffee is very comfortable and clean. Thank you again Tom and the Ford dealership for treating customers right. More
