When another dealership wouldn't look at me when I told them I was just looking to test drive a vehicle (and had other makes to demo as well), Amaya was understanding and more than willing to ensure we had a positive experience whether were purchasing that day or not. No pushy sales tactics, no false promises. Just the way I hoped a test drive would be. I even called mid week to test drive another vehicle and once again, no issues whatsoever. After weighing out the pros and cons of all the vehicles I was interested in, we returned to Autofair the following weekend met by Amaya and James, both of whom were amazing to work with. We were able to come to a fast compromise as far as price, trade-in and warranty. Thinking this was all too good to be true I figured it would all fall apart with financing, as my credit is not the best. Sonia in finance pulled through and managed to secure an interest rate that I never could have imagined. For the umpteenth time in a week I was again blown away with their ability to get the job done promptly, professionally and hassle free. I drove away in my 2020 Explorer just a few hours after eating breakfast. If you're in the market for a new or used Ford look no further than this place. I can assure you that you won't be sorry! 12 Month Service Brought our 2019 Subaru Ascent in for it's 12 month service(oil, tire rotation, radio software update, sticker & recalls). Pulled into service area a Brought our 2019 Subaru Ascent in for it's 12 month service(oil, tire rotation, radio software update, sticker & recalls). Pulled into service area ahead of appointment and was greeted by customer service. Dealt with Scott Poirier who was both friendly and professional, and reviewed what services were to be performed this visit. Was able to catch up on some work using their free Wi-Fi while in their waiting area. Overall was and excellent experience. More
Needed maintenance I brought my Explorer in for an oil change. During the vehicle inspection the tech found the LR brake worn down to paper thick while the RR showed no I brought my Explorer in for an oil change. During the vehicle inspection the tech found the LR brake worn down to paper thick while the RR showed normal wear. Additionally the tech found the battery charge at only 250amps. There was also an outstanding recall on my vehicle. I had the oil change done and the recall taken care of plus a frontend alignment to go with the rear alignment. I explained that I needed the car for work on Th and Fri and that I would bring it in on Sat, which I did. I noticed that the car was hard to start. Once at the dealer I pulled into the service area and when talking to the service rep told him about the starting problem and recapped the last visit. I mentioned a loud road noise that increased with speed so he added that to the rest of the items. All in all a good visit. More

Annual vehicle inspection. Drove in with no appointment and was met right away in the bay by a very friendly attendant.
