I believe how you talk to clients makes all the difference when it comes to service , people must remember that the automobile that you may be having issues with is designed by engineers and assembled at a factory by ordinary working people like us. The issue i had was also in a recall that effected my door latch only when temps ran under 28 degrees. Until then i can only assume the issue is fixed, but if not, i am comfortable contacting Bill to figure out how to resolve it. But from the explanation given by Bill, i am confident it is resolved,,, as long as the tech did perform the service according to the recall.... I must mention, another local Ford dealer that i called first never returned my phone call after he said he would look into my issue and if there was a recall to resolve it..the service person said he was unable to log into his computer for that information. That service person did not give me the sense that their dealer ship was knowledgeable, and that my concerns are not significant enough for his time. Oh well their loss. I will stick with Haverhill Ford with any future concerns. More

This visit was good, but.... the past. Bill Crovo was great, thanks. In the past, this dealership has been more than unsatisfactory. Every person I have dealt with has been fired, or quit. I've been lied to by the salespeople , and had unnecessary delays in receiving the vehicle on the promised date. I had a problem with truck while it was under warranty, and the problem occurred right in front of service manager. He said it would be noted, but he's been fired, or let go, too. More

Excellent people, but unsure of the repair work I have had to come to Autofair Ford 5 times over the last 2 months. The first 4 times were for a single issue that took multiple times and over 2500 d I have had to come to Autofair Ford 5 times over the last 2 months. The first 4 times were for a single issue that took multiple times and over 2500 dollars to repair. The 5th time I had to come to Autofair Ford, I dealt with Heather, and she was excellent. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. She knew that i had been into the repair shop multiple times before, and she made sure that I was able to have a rental car during my latest repair. She was very forthcoming with the cost, and even managed to give me a small discount once the repair was complete. I'm not sure if this repair will hold up, it's only been a week, but I know for sure that Heather has done the best she can to provide me with excellent customer service. Thanks More
