Overall positive experience I usually go right to the sales manager to help speed the process up. Kevin was helpful also. I am happy there is a ford dealership in Haverhill. My cousin was a salesman for regan's and I bought my last car from him ten years ago. He retired shortly after. My uncle joseph regan was part owner of the first regan motor in haverhill. He passed away many years ago. Another uncle sid lafey was part owner many years ago . He retired and passed away many years ago. I am not related to any one at aurofair. More
