Simple Oil Change Arrived about fifteen minutes, early, the service dept took me right in, registered me and confirmed work/service to be performed (oil change). Handed rep the discount received in the mail - might be a little more due to better quality synthetic oil - agree. 20 minutes latter, vehicle was ready, all fluids topped up and general inspection, rep also found another coupon for additional amount of discount - walked out a very happy person. Ford F-150 purchase. Jonathan was the sales person I worked with during the sale and delivery of the F-150 I purchased. At every contact with him he was direct, accurate a Jonathan was the sales person I worked with during the sale and delivery of the F-150 I purchased. At every contact with him he was direct, accurate and responsive to any and all questions. He took time to ensure my information was accurate and my experience wad positive. I did however have a less than positive experience with the after hand off to finance. Perhaps there were not sufficient staff covering that day but it took 4 hours after the sales was handed off to complete the finance portion. One other comment that was minor but could have been a serious issue. During my delivery inspection I discovered the detail staff/person left an unprotected razor blade on the back seat. With a gray interior it blended in and could have caused a nasty cut if someone sat on it. More
