Got a great deal at autofair ford I went to autofair ford to buy a used 2013 f150 and ended up driving away in a brand new 2016 f150 for less money than the used truck. Doc fees I realized after the fact that this dealership charges $399 for what they call doc fees. Fee for what I live in NH so their not registering my car or titling it, what a scam just another way for mass dealers to charge hidden fees. More

I went in for an oil change with my 2011 Ford Focus and a sales rep nabbed me with a deal to pay off my old car and put me in a new one. I had time to kill while waiting for the oil change so I thought I'd hear him out. There were a number of issues with the car and the deal itself until Mark Garrett came over to take charge of everything. He was accommodating, professional, courteous, polite, motivating and an excellent communicator with explaining the nitty gritty details of the transaction. He took care of every issue and every problem with finesse, expertise and total 100% CLASS and excellence. Even when I came back the next day with more questions, his demeanor was as perfect as it had been the day before. When the job was completed and I went to pick it up, I was told that the service department wanted to charge me even more, but the counter guy went to bat for me and said we can't charge more. Then he tells me I need another $1,100 in brake repair and 2 tires. I was stupid for the key but not for additional repairs. Keep your money and go somewhere else. I hate this place. More
