I wish we had a better experience here. Unfortunately, this dealership, from the management to our salesman was dishonest and uncommunicative. Over Labor Day weekend, we made an appointment to see a vehicle, but the original key was locked in the sales department. We decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle because it was what we were looking for. Because of the key situation, we were given a lower price by our salesman. However, when we went in to finance and sign papers they had added in extra costs and even charged us for a key. It took several rounds, but we finally got back down to the original price they told us. No apologies about trying to sneak in extra costs that we hadn't agreed upon. We were assured by our salesman Chris, and by his manager, Ryan, and by the man financing our deal that the original key would be sent to us. Unfortunately, I have been calling for the past 2 months to get the key sent, and no one returns my calls or can seem to give a straight answer about sending the key. My husband finally called today and talked with Tyler, who basically told him since we didn't have them write it out in our sales agreement they won't honor their word and send the key. This dealership has treated my phone calls rudely, misogynistically, and with a sense of dishonesty that is hard to believe. If you are looking for a place you can trust to treat you fairly, shop elsewhere! More
Was looking for a low end car. Called and spoke to Allan (internet sales manager) about some I saw online. Was told they were there and available, . Also assured they would not be selling them if they were not mechanically sound, because they had a reputation to uphold. Got there (30 min. drive) and was told one had major mechanical issues, another had check engine light, not sure if it was a major or minor issue. (Allen was not there, not sure of salesman's name).Third had been sent to a buy here/pay here dealer because of major issues. Asked if they had anything else in that range. Showed me a car with bald tires, trashed on the inside including a part of the driver side armrest missing and torn. Asked about the price, and it was double what I had informed them I was able to spend. Total wasted trip full of lies, apparently just to get me on the lot. Apparently low end customers are not their cup of tea. More

I was unable to schedule service using the "MyHyundai" app because it asks for the brand of automobile to be services. All brands except Hyundai were listed. I find that to be very peculiar. We scheduled a service time convenient for me. I arrived on time and left my vehicle with the advisor. I was told it woulds be about an hour before the project would be finished. 35 minutes later, the advisor told me it was completed, I signed the paperwork at the cashier's window and departed. This was my first time using the service department and I was very impressed. We will continue to use them in the future. More
