Best oil/filter change, yet. Time waiting in the service lounge was unbelievably short. It was one of those 5 minute private changes. This was my vehicle at my dealer. Total time? Maybe an hour. But I KNOW it was done properly by a factory- trained service tech. My service writer, James, was top shelf and a pleasure to get to know. On point, cognizant of my needs, and stayed on top of everything.

The dealership was very welcoming. We were assisted in a short amount of time. Our salesperson Gregg was very helpful and courteous and gave us time to respond or ask questions as we went along. Tyler in Finance was very helpful, also. He explained everything very well and gave us time to ask questions. Overall experience: very good.(I show a classic car and have always been a very detail oriented guy on car appearance. I was a little disappointed in the detailing of our new car. There are also a couple of light scratches on the driver’s side, but Gregg has helped me resolve that.)
