I was greeted in a timely manner and was asked what I was looking for. The salesman was polite and initially showed me what I wanted to see. I was looking at used, late model vehicles. The experience was ple looking for. The salesman was polite and initially showed me what I wanted to see. I was looking at used, late model vehicles. The experience was pleasant until I was pressured to buy a new vehicle after test driving it. It was an uncomfortable experience trying to decide with the salesman telling me I should "step-up" and get the new model. They were concerned with what they could get my monthly payment to be and not the actual price of the vehicle. Many of the vehicles I inquired about before I showed up at the lot were not ready (or they couldn't find) to look at and drive despite the "white glove" appointment. One of the vehicles didn't even start. Some of the used car prices listed were in the appropriate range, but some were listed that had hail damage and interior damage and wear without being adjusted. One of the vehicles I was interested in had a hole in the bumper. After asking about the hole they acted like they hadn't seen it and then were initially going to pass the cost of repairing it on to me. At one point I made a fair offer for a vehicle and the salesman acted like I was crazy and that I was offending him. This of course was not my intention. They then asked me to make another (higher) offer. I did and it was still deemed crazy and futile. Neither offer was unreasonable and trying to negotiate a price became a VERY frustrating experience. As the process dragged on I felt like I was not as important as I was when I first drove on the lot. I eventually made a deal on a used vehicle after HOURS of looking and frustrating negotiations. When I picked up the car the next day the gas tank was mostly empty. UPDATE 1: After driving my car for a couple of days, I began to notice that the alignment is not correct. I find this very frustrating considering this is supposedly a Certified pre-owned vehicle. I cannot understand how this was deemed certified with the alignment out of spec...? It is on the Certified Pre-Owned checklist. I hope they repair this a.s.a.p. UPDATE 2: I had to call the service department about ANOTHER issue. My Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is supposed to come with a 90 day complimentary XM satellite radio subscription. It actually lasted less than a week. I called the service department. They said they would call me back ASAP after checking with XM. It's been 2 days. No one has called me back and my XM is still out. UPDATE 3: I took the car in a few weeks a go to get the alignment repaired (which was supposed to be part of the certified pre-owned process). I am sorry to say it is still pulling to the right. I would expect that after two attempts to correct it it would be fixed. Do they not drive the vehicles to check their work? I want to take it back but am afraid it still won't be corrected. On a positive note my XM radio works great! THANKS! More

At the first contact, the internet salesperson, Amber, gave me information I asked for about the Elantra. When I came in Cody took over and, first, took me to test drive the vehicle. Then we discussed pricing and trade-in. He made sure I had all the facts and worked with me to get the vehicle to the price I wanted. He was very courteous and took my requests seriously. Danny also talked to me about finding the vehicle in the precise color and equipped as I wanted. We came to an agreement and I picked up the vehicle the next day. During the whole process, everyone treated me with the utmost care and respect, and they listened to me so I'd be sure to have what I wanted. I found the whole experience to be very satisfying and rewarding. I will not hesitate to recommend the dealership and the wonderful people I dealt with...Amber, Lillian, Cody and Danny. More
