This was a "first" experience of any dealership I have ever purchased a car from; my salesman took a few minutes to introduce me to the manuals of my new car; keys; and special features of my automobile. He also walked me through the dealership and introduced me to key personnel that would continue service on my automobile. He tries to help you make a buy decision without making you feel he is trying to work against you when negotiating a price. If I had any complaint it was the selection of Sonatas. Apparently they had trouble keeping enough cars on the lot. We waited for a delivery and still the colors were limited. This was my second Sonata. I had a 2010 model that had transmission problems and had to be replaced. The service department (Danny) gave us great service. More
