They n Auto Max Hyundai Del city!!! My 80 years old father Robert bought a 2010 Chrysler 300 in July of this year $4000 after negotiating the price. They needed reliable transportation to veterans hospital and doctor appointments. They were told the car needed a spark plug coil pack to make it like new. They said it was pretty simple job he could probably do it himself. He got the first mechanic appointment in their town 50 miles away to get the repairs done. Well it not coil pack it’s a valve job. Very costly repair. He called and talked to Shane and told he thinking they would make it good. Options take car back or help with repairs. He told him he was a veteran and needed a reliable transportation to hospital. Shane offered nothing As IS where is philosophy on used cars. Leaving my dad out $4000 dollars and car that doesn’t run right. This is so wrong on many levels. We DONOT recommend doing business here. Please whatever you do go with your parents to buy a used car. My dad is proud man this is just wrong. I called too and this fellow Shane was very rude. He said if you buy a used car and the tires fall off and motor quits they are not legally responsible. Great. Maybe not legally but what about morally right and customer service. More

Wasn't sure if you all had quite what I wanted but this would've been my third Hyundai purchase. Reggie was pretty busy so Kaz came in to help and he treated me like family. Reggie and Cody made me a deal I could not refuse, so I came back at 8:40 on Friday night and Kaz, Cody and Jacob literally jumped through hoops and stayed late to get me into my car. Came back on Monday at lunch to get my car detailed and as I waited, Kaz got lunch for us so I wouldn't go back to work hungry. Never have I ever been treated so kindly and fairly and I will always be thankful and never forget! More
