That's fine since those items were needed, however, why was there also a charge for an oil change kit? The oil change kit was already itemized. It seems as if I was charged twice for the same items. Reggie has been keeping in regular contact with me since to make sure I am happy with the car and he always makes me laugh - great guy. I love the car so much! I had a great experience here and will be back. Some minor frustrations to work on: We called early and asked them to have the car ready, when we got there it was not ready - we even called earlier that day to tell them we would be by to see it, and then called again when we were on the way to make sure they had it pulled around to the front, and it was not. I did not expect the car to be fully detailed or anything, but buying a brand new vehicle, it definitely could have been cleaner and vacuumed out. Also, the finance document has no space for you to write so they got my paperwork wrong two different times, which was just stuff like middle initial and address, etc, nothing to be shady, it just seemed like a clunky process with an easy fix. More

We wrote a personal check for the new vehicle that cleared our bank the next day. However, our bank has not been paid for our trade in after 20 days by Automax. We had to make another payment on our car that Automax took ownership of to avoid our payment being past due. Have placed many calls to them the last 2 weeks with “the checks in the mail to them” as their response. Very disappointed in them. More
