I was unable to schedule service using the "MyHyundai" app because it asks for the brand of automobile to be services. All brands except Hyundai were listed. I find that to be very peculiar. I called t app because it asks for the brand of automobile to be services. All brands except Hyundai were listed. I find that to be very peculiar. I called the service department and spoke with Jack. We scheduled a service time convenient for me. I arrived on time and left my vehicle with the advisor. I was told it woulds be about an hour before the project would be finished. 35 minutes later, the advisor told me it was completed, I signed the paperwork at the cashier's window and departed. This was my first time using the service department and I was very impressed. We will continue to use them in the future. More
